We realize that surgeons vary in their evaluation and treatment of penile curvature associated with hypospadias. We, on behalf of the hypospadias international society, aimed to assess the surgical practice patterns of evaluation and management of penile curvature associated with hypospadias among surgeons from various continents and pediatric urology societies. The aim of the survey is to explore the clinical approach and decision making of surgeons dealing with hypospadias surgery.
